How rental pricing works
No two offices print alike, so Memad Copy does not publish a price list. Here is how a rental is priced — and the quote you receive is built for you.
- What makes up the monthly bill?
- A monthly rent for each machine, and the pages you print, billed as your agreement sets out.
- What does the rent include?
- Toner, parts and repairs are included in the monthly rent. Paper is not. Delivery and installation of a rented machine are included.
- Are prices before or after VAT?
- Rental prices are quoted before VAT. Sale prices include VAT.
- Do I have to commit for a fixed period?
- There are plans with a commitment period and plans without one. We will explain both and quote the one that suits you.
- Can I rent more than one machine?
- Yes. You can rent one printer or several, each matched to its workstation — mono or colour, a printer or a multifunction copier.
- Why is there no price list?
- Because two offices rarely print the same way. Pricing is tailored to each customer, after a short conversation about what you print.
