Privacy notice

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, your company if you give it, your phone number and/or email address, the topic you choose and your message. Browsing these pages does not ask you for anything.

Why

To answer you. Your message opens a task for our sales team, and our managers are notified by email. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Where it is kept

In our business system, on secure cloud servers run by providers acting on our behalf, some of them outside Israel: Lovable (hosting and email), Supabase (the database, through Lovable), Cloudflare (the network that serves the site) and Plan B, the company that develops and maintains the system for Memad Copy. Only authorised Memad Copy staff see your message.

Cookies

No advertising cookies. The hosting platform's visitor statistics are switched off on this site, and the font is served from our own server. Your browser stores your accessibility settings locally, if you change them.

If a page fails in your browser, we receive a technical error report only: the kind of error, the page address without its parameters and the browser type. No IP address, nothing that identifies you and nothing you typed. It is deleted 30 days after the error was last seen.

Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted when we no longer need it and the law does not require us to keep it. Write to memadcopy1@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.

For customers who fill in and sign our documents (quotations, agreements, payment authorisations), the full notice is in Hebrew.
